Open at Last !!!!!!!

Posted by Mike Kingdon at 11:16 on Jun 11 2009

Sorry about the delay in my next update, but we have been racing around finishing off little bits and pieces......

Well, we are open at long last and we would like to thank everyone who came along on Wednesday to join us in our momentous occasion!!!.

The menu was greeted with enthusiasm, as was my attempt at cocktail of the day. As always Sue's food was excellent and Ken got in everyones way in an attempt at sabotage...but despite his only finishing half of any job he started we got through the day.

The non-plastic furniture was a big hit, and despite Edenorte being their normal helpful supplier of power, we had a great day.

We are offering free wi-fi access, and everyone is welcome to bring their laptops and surf to their hearts content....not a web surfer?...then we are only 150 yards from the beach where you can surf there.

We also offer a 10% discount at Elly's salon, which is situated just along the street, and should you use Elly's salon a 10% discount is offered here at the Anchor...hair, tea, hair tea....could be a new form of entertainment and all at discount.

And so my friends......look out for my next episode........hope to see you at the Anchor soon.
