HI,
What color helmet is it? What brand? what model? i've seen many helmets around here. people get drunk and leave them behind in the lost and found. i've got dozens of them.
Are you saying that you lost lost your helmet in the domincan republic and you cannot find the link for it? Was it locked to something? Are you looking to invest in lost helmets?
