Hi Kali, I have been in therapy on and off for forty years now. Mostly depression and PTSS. I am American. I have visited the DR twice and cannot believe how extremely happy and content I am while there. I recently spoke to my therapist about my burning desire to spend maybe a month at a time down there but am afraid of having an "espisode."
