Álvarez income requested permission for surgery

Businessman Luis Alvarez Renta, who is detained in prison in Najayo, expressed their fear of suffering a permanent paralysis if not undergoes short-term surgery in spinal vertebral.

Eric Raful, Alvarez Renta lawyer, indicated that his client complains because supposedly the Directorate of prison authorities have refused to provide facilities so that it can be underwent surgery at a hospital in Santo Domingo.

Raful said that the sentence execution judge ordered that it was carried out as requested, but the direction of prisons disregarded the order of the magistrate and did nothing.
