38 Arrested for fraud in weddings

The operation remains open and more arrests, are not ruled out police sources reported yesterday. The investigation began after it was discovered the payments of up to 3,500 euros made to Spaniards that they consented to marry with foreign in an irregular administrative situation.
Two years this plot had concluded 29 links in four parishes of the city of Sabadell. The detainees are charged with crimes of false documents, false testimony and against the rights of workers. The investigation began in September 2010 with the collaboration of the Prosecutor's Office, the courts of Sabadell, where suspected that canonical marriages could hide covenants of u000aconvenience to regularize women immigrants of Dominican Republic.
