The Ministers for Foreign Affairs, Carlos Morales Troncoso, and public administration, Ramón Ventura Camejo, spearheaded the incorporation of the first 57 officials to the career diplomatic and Consular, during a ceremony held in the Auditorium of the diplomatic school and Consular "Dr. Eduardo Latorre Rodríguez" of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

the official used the occasion to publicly present the code of ethics of MIREX, initiative that will encourage a comprehensive behavior to promote a foreign policy in the interests of the country and its national, Defense-oriented and the safeguarding of national sovereignty, the promotion of peace and solidarity in diplomats and Dominican consuls.

Indicated that the principles which underpin the code of ethics institutions, loyalty, peace, u000atransparency, reliability, efficiency, dialogue, democracy, professionalism and responsibility, values which aims to strengthen the recognition and international respect through diplomatic and consular office "democratic and dialogical".
