A flurry of letters, culture, Sun and beach in Cartagena de Indias

It is the time of the year to meet one of the most beautiful cities in the world, that between 26 and 29 January opens the door to the literary, journalistic, scientific and musical conversations with the taste that has only the Sun, the beach and the atmosphere of Cartagena.
Participate in the Festival there is a perfect excuse to pack bags and discover this city, one of the venues of this cultural event that started more than 20 years ago in the small town of Hay-on-Wye, Wales, with the idea of bringing together writers, thinkers, musicians, filmmakers and scientists in the world to promote the exchange of ideas.
The Hay Festival in Cartagena reached its seventh edition in this 2012 and is part of the strategies for the promotion of Proexport, to attract tourism and foreign investment, two of its three missions as an entity of the u000aBeen Colombian, attached to the Ministry of Commerce, industry and tourism.
Proexport participate not only with the tourism promotion of the event and the city. For the first time he will bring to six literary agents, who will talk business to exporters in the publishing sector. In addition, 12 prestigious journalists specialized in issues of tourism, environment, culture and literature are invited.
