Adess Director exhibits at conclave

The director-general of the administering of subsidies social (Adess), Van Elder Espinal, yesterday represented the Dominican Government as an exhibitor at "Forum prepaid Visa solutions for electronic payments to Governments", with the theme "Electronic payments and benefits", organized by the Visa International company.

The goal of presenting models of use of debit cards as payment, Visa International, the company of the world's largest debit and credit cards, highlights the role of the card solidarity as a means of payment of targeted social subsidies granted by the Dominican Government and the Adess, for being a successful model in the implementation of the system of payment of social allowances (SPSS).

Espinal Martínez presented the achievements in the establishment of the network of supply Social (RAS) and the potential that presents the SPSS for new social using subsidy programmes targeting as u000ameans of payment card, instrument whereby the Government channelled nine social subsidies focused.

He stated that this invitation reaffirms international recognition to the vision of modernization of the management of the present Government.
