Aerodom welcomes Senate investigation results

The National Association of hotels and tourism (Asonahores) congratulated the Senate for approval of the favourable report submitted by the Committee on defence and national security of the Senate on the investigation to Aerodom.
Asonahores expressed his satisfaction that the Senate was pronounced the Aerodom compliance with all its obligations under the airport concession contract signed in 1999 with the State and the Airport Commission, for the Administration, operation, expansion and economic exploitation of the main infrastructures airport.

Asonahores explained that the report of the Commission established that all the investments made by Aerodom in fulfilment of the concession contract have been certified by the Airport Commission and the Ministry of public works and communication (MOPC). Also indicates, recognizes that there are no issues involving the security of airports awarded to Aerodom.
Said that the report adopted by the Senate recognized that the contract between the State, the Airport Commission and Aerodom, which was given the assignment of the rate of US$ 1.30 and the extension of economic equilibrium, dated 22 March 2004 was formalized and signed in accordance with the Constitution, the law 8 of 1978 and the concession contract.
