Salvador Jiménez, Minister of agriculture, highlighted the work of the diplomat in national development, under that "thanks to these contributions, the agricultural Dominican moves forward at the level of health and food safety".
Jiménez further stressed that thanks to the management of Tsai, the construction of laboratory In Vitro, in La Vega, is at its stage of completion and clarified that during the same was it concerned with helping the country to make progress in the area of eradication of the disease of citrus.
In so much that Bernarda Castillo, Executive Director of IIBI, valued the contributions made by Ambassador during his u000amanagement to that entity, which include the renovation and expansion of the capacity of the area of physicochemical and laboratories pharmacy, for which the Taiwan Government handed over a donation of RD$ 16 million.
In the Act, developed in IIBI, Castle stated that: "is an honor to IIBI the confidence placed by the Government of Taiwan in our institution and be part of this important initiative in support of the development of the country".
Said that the donation is part of the program funds from cooperation non-reimbursable from the Government of the Republic of China Taiwan, which runs from the year 2009 until 2012.
