Airlines subject to air traffic controllers

According to information from "Der Spiegel", the three airlines have filed a complaint at the judiciary work Frankfurt against the GdF, air 3,000 drivers Binder Union.
Demand is based on the damage caused by strike last August, in full holiday season, which threatened to halt traffic in Germany.
Press report indicated that the strike was canceled "in extremis", to be forced drivers and employers by aviation safety authorities to submit to a new round of arbitration, followed already in October, an agreement between the two sides.
