American arrested with cocaine at Puerto Plata airport

An American has been arrested trying to smuggle cocaine out of the country through Puerto Plata airport.
Richard Jackson O'Connell, 40 years old, was thought to be acting suspiciously as he went through security procedures prior to boarding Jet Blue flight 812. He was taken for questioning and 95 bags of a substance presumed to be cocaine, weighing about 1.3 Kg , were found in his jeans. The drug was also found taped to the inside of his belt and the adult diapers he was wearing.
