The Secretary of security national Janet Napolitano said yesterday the launch of the campaign "If you see something, say something", designed to encourage Spanish-speakers to report activities that look suspicious.
"National security is a shared responsibility and everyone plays a crucial role in detecting and reporting suspicious activities and threats," said Napolitano in a press release, broadcast yesterday.
