Approve RD$ 1,000 MM for royalty payment cabildos

The Senate yesterday approved in two consecutive readings Bill that authorizes the Banco de Reservas to grant a loan by RD$ 1 billion to municipalities, municipal boards and autonomous institutions granted the Paschal royalty to their employees.
