About 22 thousand agents yesterday began the patrolling of prevention throughout the country, on the occasion of new year festivities, attached to 32 thousand 455 brigades of el Centro de emergency operations (COE).

The announcement was made by the Chief of police, major general José Armando Polanco Gómez, and the director of the COE, general Juan Manuel Méndez, who explained that the second phase of operation Christmas Eve 2011, will culminate the first Sunday of January at 8: 00 in the evening.
