Hundreds of birth certificates, Social security keys and drivers licenses were sold up to $ 2,500, as part of the operations of a black market with headquarters in Puerto Rico, which operated at least since April 2009, said the director of the ICE, John Morton.
"The vast majority were legitimate documents obtained by false or fraudulent means, said Morton. The alleged criminal organization was formed by suppliers and negotiators, who made phone calls which were requesting code "skirts" for women and "pants" for men, u000awith "carvings" specific, referring to the ages and identifications.
