At least 50 injured by collisions of buses in Brasilia

At least 50 people were injured from diverse consideration as a result of a collision between two buses that occurred yesterday in Brasilia, official sources reported.

The accident took place in a busy highway linking the capital and the neighbouring city of winner for reasons not yet clarified, although some witnesses cited by local media attributed the collision to a "dangerous" move made by a third vehicle.

This maneuver would have forced to brake sharply the driver of one of the buses, which ended up being hit by another bus.

The accident occurred in the early hours of the morning and both buses were full of people heading to their jobs.

As reported by the fire brigade, on site went twenty ambulances that were distributed to wounded between four hospitals in winner and Brasilia.

The authorities indicated that none of the injured is in serious condition and u000amost of the cases refer to bumps and bruises of different consideration
