Bolinaga Jesus returns to the country; AES replaces De la Rosa

The Vice-President of the Executive of the AES Corporation for Central America and the Caribbean announced the appointment of Bolinaga Jesus as the new President of its business in Dominican Republic, effective immediately.

Jesus Bolinaga replaces Marco de la Rosa, who was promoted to Executive Vice President of Central America and the Caribbean, after an outstanding performance in AES Dominican during the period 2007-2011

"We are very pleased Bolinaga to return to the country now with the role of President of the AES Dominican". "Jesus brings with it an excellent international trajectory that complements his knowledge of the Dominican electric sector, which will allow continuity and consolidating plans operational excellence of the company", said Marco de la Rosa, through a press release.

Bolinaga comes from being the general manager of Edelap and Edes in Argentina electrical distribution companies. Previously served as u000aregional manager of weather solutions for Latin America and served as general manager of the distributor company of Eastern electricity (Edeeste). He also held several leadership positions in the Electricidad de Caracas (EDC).

The new President of AES Dominican has a Masters in business administration (MBA) from Bournemouth University in England and holds a degree in Sciences military of the Academy military's Venezuela.
