Boss PN says "Vantroi" sent threats to relatives of victims from prison

The Chief of police, major general José Armando Polanco Gómez, said Raúl Serumberto Mota Reynoso (Vantroi), who saves prison at the Victoria prison accused of 36 murders, sent from there threats to the families of the victims.

Polanco Gómez noted that for this reason the family or their own victims not presented to the courts to maintain the charge.
