Brazilian Government fines two new Chevron for oil spill

The national agency of petroleum, Natural Gas and biofuels (ANP) of Brazil imposed yesterday two new fines to the American company Chevron for the spill of oil occurred on 8 November, according to sources officers.

Said in a statement, the regulatory agency indicated that the third fine was applied for "not taking measures for the conservation of stocks of the well", because according to the Agency technicians "identified the failure to implement the development plan of the project approved before drilling by the ANP".
