Manuel Sarante García says he has invested about US$ 9 million (340 million pesos) in building infrastructure on the land covering an area of 1,215,000 meters.
He claims the staff from the National Property Administration, accompanied by soldiers, destroyed the perimeter fence and plantations.
García has indicated he will sue the Director General of Nation Property, Elías Wessin Chávez and the two institution members who led the action, for damages and the repair work.

He complained that the director of National Property refused receipts to show the authenticity of the two titles for the land.
