Calle 13 generates a mess in Peru

The Minister of culture Susana Baca attempted to justify the delay by saying that apparently Calle 13 had an error of perception to believe that he could arrive in time to Lima after introducing in Venezuela the same day, however, it regretted the attitude of the vocalist for the public.
