Casa de Campo staff receives top-rated training in food handling

The staff running the kitchen facilities of Casa de Campo, one of the Caribbean’s most famous tourism resorts, was recently certified by the ServSafe Program of Hygiene and Food Handling, operated by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurants Association of the United States.
The ServSafe Hygiene and Food Handling program is a nonprofit initiative which aims to educate on food safety practices. More than two million have been certified through this program.
Casa de Campo features four golf courses, a cruise port, a marina at the mouth of the Rio Chavon, with capacity for 350 boats, as well as multiple sporting facilities.
