Centro León inaugurates a mural made with waste

The mural, located in calle Gustavo Mejía Ricart, in the walls of the school, representing the 6th Edition of the lion Centre Reciclada City program, which in the city of Santo Domingo has, moreover, under the auspices of the Foundation directed.
This is the sixth mural that inaugurates the Eduardo León Jimenes Foundation, of which four are in Santiago and two in Santo Domingo, explained María Amalia León of George, Director of the Fundación Eduardo León Jimenes and academic Director of the colegio Lux u000aMundi.
Said that with the Foundation directed engage schools and colleges where they work for approximately six weeks, in which the artist makes the design together with the students and create art of waste solids.

Also, Marcelo Ferder said that this is an artística-pedagógica, experience made with plastic bottles, closures, parts of computers, old phones, CD, slippers, cans, batteries, printers and strainers, among other materials.
