Chamber welcomes other loans

The first is an agreement for credit in the amount of US $ 230 million to be used in the financing of the programme for the development of the sectoral policy of urban transport in the city of Santo Domingo, which will be implemented by the Office for the reorganization of transport (OPRET).
The loan, forwarded by the Executive power, will be invested in the realization of the second line of the Metro and the restructuring of the bus network, in coherence with the new Metro network.
The block of the Dominican Revolutionary Party, Ruddy Gonzalez, spokesman reiterated that the initiative violates the amount of the ceiling of the indebtedness of the budget for 2011.
The second is a loan agreement signed with the European Investment Bank, $37 million u000ato improve the network of electric transmission of the area south-west of the country, through the company's transmission electrical Dominican.
The third is the reserves Bank that will grant 300 million pesos to the District Council to strengthen the system of cleaning. The loan was guaranteed by the Ministry of finance. While the latter Banreservas authorizes the Corporation of the aqueduct and sewer de La Vega to take 11 million pesos for the purchase of a building that will house its offices.
