Venezuelan President, Hugo Chávez, and the Argentine Planning Minister Julio de Vido, announced yesterday after a bilateral meeting an agreement to produce 100,000 barrels per day of crude oil in Venezuela and the possible construction of a refinery in Argentina.
"If in Argentina not get more oil, that they do but not in quantities requiring the development of this great country, here's all the oil they require (...)" "for processing", said Chavez.
