Child dies drowned during disabled caravan asking bono Morales

A child drowned in a river in the Centre of Bolivia when he rested with his mother that integrates a caravan of disabled persons requiring 50 days ago the President Evo Morales approve payment of a bonus, official sources reported yesterday.
