Children sleeping in church environment

The parish priest of the Church San Miguel, Santiago Baptist, yesterday expressed concern because three children sleep every day on the outskirts of the parish San Carlos, located a few metres from the National Palace and they say to be mistreated by their families.

The priest asked the Office of First Lady Margarita Cedeño, and the National Council of childhood and adolescence (Conani) its intervention in the case, since children, who may have aged the 9, 10 and 11, have not offered much information about his family life.
