Cibao association with low rates

The Cibao Association of savings and loans (ACAP) offers interest rates more convenient for customers in credit cards, mortgage loans in the Dominican market and personal loans, said Executive Vice President of the Organization, Rafael Genao, at the opening of two new branches in Santo Domingo.
"Figures in 2010 and 2011, issued by the Superintendency of banks, show that our average annual rate for consumer loans amounts to 11.4%, while the median of the financial sector was 12.4%", pointed out Genao.
