Clashes leave 3 deaths and 257 injured in Cairo

At least three people were killed and more than 257 injured yesterday in Cairo, in clashes between soldiers and demonstrators outside the headquarters of the Government, where hostile militants to military power campers since November, reported the Ministry of health.

It's the first explosion of violence, with fatalities since the death of 42 people last month in similar clashes shortly before the election that took place on November 28, where were clearly Islamist parties.
