Climate dominated by few rains, abnormal swells and cool

In his newsletter the Onamet details that due to the impact of a high pressure system located over waters of the North Atlantic; the moderate wind from the east/northeast drag rains isolated and short-lived on some villages in the regions Northeast, Southeast and Cibao Central. Also, provokes a decrease in temperatures which is very noticeable at night and at dawn.
