CNM will today elect missing judge in the Supreme

The National Council of the judiciary will today meet at 6 p.m. at the National Palace to choose the missing judge of the Supreme Court of Justice, and the substitute of the Superior Electoral Tribunal (TSE). It is the first meeting of work of the CNM this year, and it will be reviewed and signed the minutes of the meetings which were appointed members of the high courts.

The missing, judge who completed the full of the SCJ, would fill the vacancy left by the previous President of the High Court, Jorge Subero Isa.

Among the jurists who are shuffled to the position contained José María Vásquez Montero, judge of the Civil Chamber and business of the Court of appeal of San Pedro de Macoris, whose work has been endorsed in separate certifications offered by own Subero Isa and other exjuez of the Supreme, Rafael Luciano Pichardo, who he had to assess in 2008granting him score on 90 points.
