CNSS approved medical benefits for accidents

Viewed 24 times.The National Council of Social Security (CNSS) adopted through resolution 283-03 that from January 1 to March 31 of the year 2012, the medical traffic benefits are covered by the health risks of administering (ARS) and the national insurance health (SENASA) and its network of providers of health services (PSS).
According to detailed resolution during this period, the Council shall establish the creation of a National Fund for accidents, as contemplates it the law 87-01, which creates the Dominican system of Social Security (SDSS).
Medical by traffic accidents benefits coverage will be carried out within the framework of the implementation of the health services Plan (PDSS) on the contributive regime as it establishes the paragraph of resolution 227-02 dated December 21, 2009, reported Rafael Pérez Modesto, general manager of the CNSS.
