Condemn a man to 30 years in prison for the death of a lender

The second Collegiate Court of the Santo Domingo province sentenced to the maximum penalty to a man found guilty of killing a lender to rob him.
Sentence of 30 years, which shall meet at the La Victoria Prison, was applied to Robert Amauris Silvestre Hernandez for the death of lender Enemencio Aquino of Jesus.
According to the dossier presented by the Deputy Prosecutor of Santo Domingo, Juan Miguel Vasquez, the lender, was hit by several shots made by Hernandez, who stole a considerable sum of money and a gun.
The fact occurred on December 18, 2007 at the intercession of the 31 streets and Balbina Peña of the Puerto Rico neighborhood in the sector Los Mina, Santo Domingo Este.
Robert Amauris Silvestre Hernández was sent to the Victoria Prison for violation of articles 265, 266,295, 304 and 385 of the Dominican Criminal Code.
