Council calls on LF build a railway

The Regional Council of development (CRD) asked yesterday President Leonel Fernandez use his visit to the neighboring nation of Haiti to agree on the construction and putting into operation of a railway linking to both Nations, which would allow, in accordance with the considerations of the entity achieving human progress, business growth and development between the two countries.
