Counterfeit oil operation stopped

The facility operated in Boca Chica, Santo Domingo province, and was run by Francisco Javier Almnzar Flores, according to official reports.
During the raid, police seized 111 full containers and 8000 empty ones, 3,000 labels with the name "Shell" printed, 30 plastic 50 gallon drums and 1,509 plastic lids.
As part of the same operation, police raided the M & T repair shop on Avenue Las Americas and seized 111 oil cans printed with brand names "Kendal" and "Shell".
