The judges of the second court Collegiate of the Santo Domingo province was sentenced to 5 and 20 years in prison to three men who plead guilty of killing another two and a quarter for complicity in acts which occurred separately in the sector of Herrera, of the municipality of santo Domingo Oeste...
The tribunal sentenced to five years in prison to Luis Eduardo García de la Cruz and 20 years in prison for each Sauri Beriguete Batista (the small), Erick Jonnathan Rodríguez (Kikito) and Francisco Manuel Castillo Almánzar, by killing him to Ricardo of the Rosario Cabrera and Miguel Antonio Durán Peguero.
The Court ordered that the sentence is accomplished in the La Victoria Prison and set for the 12th of this month reading part of the sentence.
