Court of Appeal confirms 30-year sentence to killer of Bank Executive

The first Criminal Chamber of the Court of appeal of the National District yesterday upheld the conviction of 30 years in prison and payment of five million in compensation to mainly responsible for the death of the young francomacorisana Kaisha Patricia Requena Grullón, as had been requested relatives.

The ruling establishes that the young Deylin Oscar Pérez Paredes, better known as "face of Beta" will have to stay for 30 years in the prison of La Victoria where kept prison since he was imprisoned for committing the fact of blood.

The families of the young man killed had requested to ratification of the sentence as it was imposed in the second court collegiate.

The sentence was read in the presence of the mother of the young Requena and his lawyer Lissette Lizardo, who agreed with the measure.

The crime against the Bank Executive, daughter of Dr. Misael u000aRequena and Deysy Grullón, occurred in the sector one million of the capital, when the victim was returning from his work, is two years.
