Court orders to leave prisoners at Najayo Willy Aybar

The judges of the first room criminal of the Court of appeal of the National District yesterday had maintenance in prison in the major leagues, Willy Aybar, baseball accused the prosecution of assaulting his wife.

Judges Katia Miguelina Jimenez, who chairs, Francisco Ortega Polanco and Antonio Sánchez Mejía, after rejecting the appeal presented by the player, through his lawyer, claimed that they have not changed the budgets which can justify its implementation freedom.

Pedro Duarte Canaan, lawyer of the accused, had requested the Court have the freedom of his defendant under the allegation that it have varied budgets that gave rise to pre-trial detention issued against.

On their side, the public prosecutor's Office requested the tribunal to have keep in prison the baseball player, on the understanding that, although his wife Brynhildr Victoria García Salce is not rejected against, there are three complaints by residents of the u000acondominium where lives the couple, who argue that this listening to loud music, occupying an outside parking, and were heard shouting as there was a fight.

To the tribunal, the wife of Aybar said that he is not explained how keep player in prison if he not attacked her to her or his mother. On their side, Aybar, prisoner in the Najayo prison, said he respects the decision of the Court, but said that he would seek a review.
