Love for the human being and respect for persons with disabilities, was the engine that inspired the Colombian Jorge Enrique Leal Rodriguez to create a virtual program for education and social inclusion of the deaf and blind, project made him deserve innovative America 2011, in the Education category Award.

Profile of JORGE ENRIQUE LEAL Rodriguez
Jorge Enrique Leal Rodriguez first studied in public institutions of Colombia, and lost his father at the age of 13 was the need for work and study to help with costs at home. With the support of his mother, he completed his secondary studies.

To a university career, alternated his performance as a musician with the work of Messenger in a hospital in Bogota, where he discovered his vocation for service. In 1997 he graduated from Universidad Manuela Beltrán systems engineer.

Later performed a specialization in information technology management in the school of business administration, and in 2008 began to study biomedical engineering at Universidad Manuela Beltrán.
