Dejan released to former Senator Rutinel

The permanent attention of the national district judge yesterday ordered the release of the leader perredeísta, and former Senator of the province of Santo Domingo, Tonty Rutinel, accused of physically and verbally assaulting a woman with whom he had a son who has two years.

The judge José Alejandro Vargas, imposed on him to Rutinel the payment of a financial guarantee of ten million pesos, under contract, impediment of departure from the country, regular reporting before the tax investigator days 15 and 30 of each month and an order of removal of Leidy Caraballo.

After the verdict, dozens of perredeísta who accompanied Rutinel launched slogans as if it were a rally politician.
