Deputies approved a loan for toilet in the capital plan

The House of representatives yesterday approved a draft law which authorizes the Ministry of finance to give the go-ahead to the Banco de Reservas to grant a loan to the City Council of the National District (DNA), resources that will be used in strengthening the system of cleanliness of the city of Santo Domingo.

The loan was Rd $450 million, but lawmakers excluded RD$ 150 million that would be allocated for capital chapter settle part of the debt owed on the purchase of the blue, buses assigned to the National Federation of transport the new option (Fenatrano), directed by Juan all.

Was also welcomed the draft amending Law 193-11 allowed IRS to emit u000atitles of internal values of public debt by RD$ 5,000 million, for the payment of debts owed to the agricultural sector, which has already been received by the Senate.

Meanwhile, the members left on the table, until morning, a Convention of credit with the French Development Agency for US$ 230 million to finance a program of transport, the second line of the Metro and the restructuring of its network of buses.
