Designate prosecutor to Santiago in the DN

The Superior Council of Public Prosecutions appointed judge Yeni Berenice Reynoso Gómez as a tax attorney for the National District, to replace Judge Alexander Moscoso Segarra, who was elected by the National Council of the judiciary as judge of the Supreme Court of Justice yesterday.

Judge Reynoso Gómez played the roles of Government fiscal Procurator of the Judicial District of Santiago, position in which he was designated acting as judge Luisa Liranzo, pending is chosen through a competition internal to the owner of the Agency.

"The Superior Council of public prosecutions has the definitive transfer of Yeni Berenice Reynoso as titular tax attorney of the National District, in accordance with the provisions of article 47, paragraph 5 of the organic law of the Public Ministry (133-11)", precise resolution 009 containing designations and premiered at the 9th meeting of the Agency.

According to a u000aOffice of the press, the governing body of the Public Ministry is composed of the Attorney general of the Republic, Radhamés Jiménez Peña, who chairs it, also deputy general attorney, Moses Ferrer Landrón; the Attorney general of the Court of appeal, Víctor González; tax attorney Lucas Evangelista Pérez, and the Inspector Santana Kelvin. Also authorized to Rosanna Dalmasí, Director general of race of the public prosecutor, to organise the contest for the seats of titular tax attorney for the Judicial District of Santiago and Attorney general of the Court of appeal of the National District.
