DGII grossed in 2011 RD$ 206,060.5 million

5 million, equivalent to an increase of 12.1% compared to revenues recorded in 2010, when captured RD$ 183,764.5 million.
According to collecting monthly report, published by the entity collecting in your portal on the Internet, the reached amount represented about 75% of government tax revenue, even though it was below the estimated provisions of RD$ 214,440 million, and equivalent to RD$ 8,379 million less.
Also the DGII stresses the contribution of direct and indirect taxes an increase of 22.1% and 7%, respectively, as also the additional income provided by Act 139-11 of fiscal adequacy of RD$ 4,120.5 million.
The largest contribution came from taxes to natural and legal persons followed hydrocarbons, heritage Itbis tax u000aalcohol and tobacco, the tax on checks and tax insurance.
El Itbis in 2010 contributed RD$ 44,677.9 million, last year contributed RD$ 45,658.9 million, for an absolute increase of RD$ 981 million and relative of 2.2%. "It is necessary to recall that during the 2011 companies belonging to the regime of Proindustria paid this tax in the General Customs Directorate (DGA), when using the law 392-06, this was paid in the DGII, thereby reducing the total amount raised DGII," explains.

Taxes on income grew 21.4%, going from RD$ 53,681 million to RD$ 65,187.5 million.
