Die 2 people in accident in Higüey

Two people were killed and three others were injured in an accident when the car in which moved collided with a truck collector garbage in this city.

Victims are Aroldi Vólquez, 26 years old, and his stepfather Benito Polanco, of 40 years. While the wounded were identified - markets such as the Mrs Santa Vólquez, of 62 years, who received blunt wounds in the face; Richard Vólquez of 26 years and twin brother of Aroldi, and Félix Rojas.

Vólquez received fractures in both legs and left arm, with Virginia Pérez, 16 years old, who also presents fracture in the left arm. Rojas, who was as an Assistant in the truck suffered blunt injuries to the face.

The information was offered by the metropolitan authority of transport (Amet) in this city, which also reported two other people injured in another accident.

The accident which killed two people occurred when the vehicle in u000athey moved to Higu¨ey to fulfill a promise, a Toyota Corolla, grey color, A571236 plate, struck with the collector truck of garbage from the City Hall of that city.

Aroldi Vólquez and Benito Polanco died due to fracture their skulls.

The driver of the truck, identified as Miguel Solano Contreras, cado was unhurt and was detained in the ofi cina of Amet.

La Mrs Santa Vólquez said that they moved from Boca Chica community towards Higu¨ey to fulfill a promise in the Basilica, as past 21 this month, day of the Virgin of la Altagracia province, were unable to attend, so they decided to move to the place yesterday Monday.
