DNCD officers have one week to declare their assets

Viewed 693 times.The president of the National Drugs Agency (DNCD), Major General Rolando Rosado Mateo, announced that Monday 15 March is the deadline for DNCD officers to deposit a declaration of assets with the Director of Prosecution of Administrative Corruption (DPCA).
This requirement applies to all DNCD staff from senior managers down.Mateo warned that officials who do not deliver their affidavit will be removed immediately from the DNCD. He said he had instructed lawyers and accountants to assist DNCD agents to complete their declarations.
He confirmed that this measure had been put in place in support of the speech given by President Fernandez on 27 February. It specified that all personnel serving in operational command of DNCD will have to surrender a sworn declaration of assets.
Mateo offered the information at the conclusion of a Mass at the headquarters of the DNCD on the occasion of the transfer of the former director of DNCD, General Bienvenido Olivo to become national director of Crime Prevention Police.
