DNCD seized 50 packages of cocaine that were bound to Puerto Rico

The National Directorate for Drug Control (DNCD) and the specialized airport security corps (CESA) in the Las Americas Airport yesterday seized 50 packets of cocaine in a small plane that was bound to Puerto Rico.

According to the report, the drug was spread in several packages and was detected in the area of general aviation when it would be sent out of the country.

By confiscation, there are several people under investigation, including one of the pilots of the plane.
