Dominican pedophile wanted in US arrested by DNCD

A Dominican fugitive from U.S. justice for violation of a minor was arrested on Tuesday at the headquarters of the National Drug Control Agency (DNCD), when he came to make a personal inquiry. 
Henry Otoniel Valerio, 54, is wanted by Massachusetts Police, who have asked for his extradition.
He is accused of raping and abusing a boy in 1989, and is wanted by the U.S. justice system for sentencing under a guilty verdict already given by the Court of First Instance of Worcester, Massachusetts. He is charged with rape of a minor, assault with intent to rape a child and indecent assault and battery on a minor, among others, in violation of the general laws of Massachusetts.
The accused is also known by the names of Henry Otonioal, Henry, Valerio, Pedro Salabarria, Peter Salabarria and Henry D. Valerio
The prisoner remains locked in a cell in the headquarters of DNCD.
