The representative of the Agency participated with the federal Minister for economic cooperation and development of Germany, Dirk Niebel, the round table "Opportunities and challenges of climate for economic development and social change in Latin America", held at the headquarters of ECLAC in Chile.
Both leaders agreed on the need to create systems u000arighteous prosecutors in the region and to reduce tax evasion. "Latin America needs additional funding for technological innovation," he stressed Bárcena.
