Education construction of 93 schools begins this month

With an investment of RD$ 1,570 million, the Ministry of education will begin this month the construction of 93 new schools that will contribute to the educational system 1,116 classrooms.

These schools are scattered in the regional 18 of the Ministry of education, giving priority to the regional 10 of Santo Domingo, where 24 new schools will be delivered and 160 classroom, La Vega with 20 schools u000aand 79 classrooms, Espaillat will receive 9 schools and 44 classrooms, the Duarte Province 11 building school caciones and 53 classrooms, and Santiago with eight points and 66 classrooms.

Sifres stressed that the entire process of construction scheduled for the year 2012 brings an overall investment of RD$ 4,877 million.
